Abstract: The electrochemistry of nanoparticles, and single nanoelectrodes and nanopores have been reviewed with a focus on metal nanoparticles having dimensions of only a small number of nanometers. Particular topics included in the review are the following: voltammetry of solutions of isolatable nanoparticles and the electrochemistry of nanoparticle films, nanoscopic electrodes, and single nanopores.
